I hope you all are doing well. My recovery is going well following surgery but it is taking its time it seems.

But I have decided to make the most of it. So this week I will release the history of Essex episode for The World of Momus Podcast and hopefully have a Christmas special episode the following week.

Also working hard on my WIP ‘Insan’, I have given myself till the end of this month to finish the first draft. Let’s see if I can keep to that deadline.

Anyway, make the most of what you got. Push yourself as much as you. There is happiness in hard work like no other. Love you all and ignore the haters & doomsayers.
