If a person is deemed beyond rehabilitation. If their crimes & mental state are just not conducive to community. Forever to be a danger, a threat without remorse. And the crime been proven without doubt. Then what’s the point of a life sentence, why not a death sentence?

I’ve had these arguments before. Not talking about borderline cases. Talking about really heinous ones. Prepubescent paedophilia, multiple violent rapes, serial killers, terrorists with numerous headcounts. Why should we pay for their lives when they were so callous with others?
