“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.”Soren Kierkegaard
There is nowhere more peaceful as when you are surrounded by nature, you know you are where you are supposed to be, where you belong.
Still find this funny ….

What happened when the blue ship and the red ship collided at sea?
Their crews were marooned.
“I had a neck brace fitted years ago and I’ve never looked back since.”
If you do not understand how someone can hold a different opinion than yours and be allowed to have that opinion without coercion or prejudice, regardless of how noble you might think your opinion about a particular topic might be – it means that irrespective of age, you still have not achieved a mental maturity expected of an adult. And therefore might not be suited to express opinions with any form of credible influence.
A civilization is perilously close to a collapse when it starts giving more credence to whingeing of under developed minds, intellectually dishonest actors and those that wish to attract attention without having achieved anything notable or worthwhile.
“In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.”Abraham Lincoln
Whenever people try to suggest the ideal word count of a story should be this or that, I always refer them to Animal Farm. A story/novel or whatever should only be as long as it is supposed to be. Maybe it be a thousand pages or a mere 120 pages, it is not a reflection of its quality.
It is one of the most favourite books to read, and recently I got it on audible narrated by Stephen Fry, oh how I wish he could narrate all the books worth reading. Animal Farm remains one of my favourite all time books and I hope one day I could write a book even half as good as this one.
Found this the other day, thought it was hilarious. Hope you all have a good monday everyday, and remember to inject some silliness in your life. Life isnt worth living if it doesnt have a bit of silliness.
You know, people say they pick their nose, but I feel like I was just born with mine.
People who are filled with hatred will always create more and more reasons for you to hate each other as they project their own insecurities on to you.
The solutions these people propose will tend to be extreme because they don’t necessarily want to come to a resolution, they only want to push any opposition to the limits so that any retaliation would prove their point. This is dishonest and it benefits no one but their own machinations.
Stay away from these people, and do not engage with them. Let them spew their hatred. Ignore them and lead your life with love.
We (my wife and I) went to Natural History Museum today, it’s always nice to visit, although hated wearing mask all the while. It ruined a bit of the fun but not completely.
I actually do prefer using public transport, but my word they really have to do something about ventilation in underground trains. That’s one thing I really don’t miss about London, having to travel in the tube during summer.
But all in all, I think South Kensington is a really nice part of London, most parts of London are nice I guess specially if you don’t live there and don’t get stabbed lol but it houses 3 great museums and is a bit of a cultural hub.
For anyone who hasn’t been to Natural History Museum before, the first thing to notice is the actual building it is housed in. It is a beautiful piece of architecture with so much attention to detail. Built around 1881, 140 years ago, it has striking features inside and out. Extensions to the building has been built thereafter and when we were there I could see another huge extension is underway.
There is so much to see and learn over here, in my opinion you need a full day to explore it in detail. I always imagine it would be a dream working at the museum specially this one.
There are also some great little trinkets to buy from the gift shop. I don’t usually do posts like these, or well I haven’t done them before. But I do love our British Museums and I hope everyone who visit them, donate a bit to keep them going.
But whatever you do, be aware to not get eaten up by the grizzly.
How do you talk to giants?
Use big words!
Into the depths
we plunge ourselves
not realising that
the longer we continue
falling, it will start
To feel like flying
and soon after
we will make abyss
Stay away from those that love rules more than life.
Find a worthwhile person to share your life, who gives you the attention you need and give them the attention they need in return – so either of you don’t have to go around trying to find it in strangers.
